Use of the software

Kestrel is licensed, not sold. Your subscription grants you the right to use it on one machine at a time, for the duration of your active subscription. Sharing your activation key across machines or organisations is not permitted.

Accuracy of outputs

Kestrel produces measurements, quantities and exports based on your inputs - the PDFs you load, the scale you set, the finishes you assign, and any AI assistance you've opted into. You are responsible for verifying these outputs before relying on them for pricing or contracting decisions. Treat Kestrel's outputs as you would any other tool's: sanity-check before they go on a real job.

Beta software

During the beta period, Kestrel is provided "as is". Things may change, break, or behave unexpectedly. Bug reports via the in-app feedback button are appreciated and acted on quickly.

Subscription terms

Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel any time via the Settings > Account tab in-app; you keep access until your current period ends. No refunds for partial periods.
